This policy explains what Dakshkar collects when you use the Dakshkar app (for customers), the Dakshkar Partner app (for service partners), this website, or our WhatsApp and email support. It says why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can see, correct or delete it. - Customer and partner: only what a job needs. The partner sees the customer's name and service address; the customer sees the partner's name, photo and, while travelling, location. - Companies that run parts of Dakshkar for us: cloud hosting (Amazon Web Services, Mumbai, India), Google Firebase for phone notifications, Razorpay and UPI apps for payments, and our SMS and email providers. Where it is kept and for how longஎங்கே, எவ்வளவு காலம் வைக்கப்படும்
Data is stored in India (AWS Mumbai), sent only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and opened only by authorised Dakshkar staff. We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your personal details, documents and bank details are erased straight away; backup copies are replaced within 14 days. Changes to this policyஇந்தக் கொள்கையில் மாற்றங்கள்
